Individual Sessions

Indigo Care offers individual psychotherapy sessions in Ontario in-person, virtually, over the phone and outdoors (ecotherapy).

Fees start at $145 for a 50 minute session (+ additional fees may be applicable for in-home or ecotherapy sessions). It is possible to have a shorter or longer session if there is availability but this would be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Sliding Scale

If you feel you could use Indigo Care’s services but do not have the financial means or insurance coverage, then please reach out. At Indigo Care we feel that fees should never be a barrier to accessing psychotherapy, counselling or education.

Indigo Care has a limited number of sliding scale spaces for clients. Get in touch today to find out more or to find other providers offering sliding scale rates should our spaces be taken.
